OUR SKILLS

Skills training is a fundamental component of our therapeutic program. Through purposeful creative activities and reflection, our residents enhance their personal capacity to recognize their own abilities, strengths, and potential. Moreover, these activities foster an awareness of setting goal-directed actions, which significantly impacts their personal healing journey.

As residents complete their time at Sisters Incorporated, they not only acquire new skills but, most importantly, develop the ability to take decisive actions in their personal lives, thus empowering them to move forward confidently.

Domestic violence, abuse and stigmatisation is so
prevalent and widespread in our communities.

Sisters Incorporated plays a critical role in protecting, supporting
and empowering women who are survivors of these situations.
